You reach out via WhatsApp or email and tell me about your business and what kind of website you need. We discuss the scope, agree on the price, and confirm the delivery timeline. Everything is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Once we’re aligned, I’ll send you an invoice for a 50 % deposit via Stripe. Invoices are due within 7 days. During checkout you’ll be asked to accept the Terms & Conditions — this is what makes the agreement binding. Work begins as soon as the deposit is received and you’ve provided the necessary content — such as your logo, photos, and copy. Additional content assistance can also be arranged if needed.
You’ll also need to create accounts for any third-party services your website will use — such as a domain registrar or booking platform — and grant me the necessary access so I can set everything up on your behalf. If you choose the monthly subscription, hosting is fully covered — no separate hosting account needed.
Within the agreed estimated timeline I’ll send you a preview so you can see how it looks and request changes. You have 7 days to respond with feedback — if no response is received, the preview is considered accepted. Two rounds of revisions are included. Revisions cover adjustments within the originally agreed scope; new pages, features, or redesigns are quoted separately. Further revision rounds are €50 each.
Once everything is approved, I’ll send the final invoice. After payment is received, the completed website and its custom files are handed directly to you — it’s yours. Full ownership transfers upon final payment. If you go with the optional monthly subscription, hosting is included and I’ll handle ongoing upkeep and technical support. If you prefer to self-host, you’re free to use any provider you like. A 7-day correction window is included after launch to address any genuine technical issues within the agreed scope.
Maintenance and support for €50 per month is entirely optional. If you subscribe, this includes hosting, security updates, regular backups, small content changes (text edits, image replacements, or minor layout adjustments — up to 30 minutes per month), and support during regular business hours. Urgent support outside normal business hours may incur additional charges.
The monthly service starts after your website launches and payment is handled via Stripe. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
